My name is Toni Hagins and I am the owner of Journey Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Texas and Arkansas and obtained my degree from Texas A&M University- Texarkana in 2016. My therapy style is characterized by authenticity and an unconditional positive regard. My theoretical orientation is person-centered in combination with components of Adlerian theory. I also pull from other approaches to fit the needs of the client as well as their personal style. I believe that the therapy process starts and ends with the cultivation of a strong therapeutic relationship.
